Account Deletion
Users are able to delete their account and all associated data using the option within their profile page. Individuals are also able to unsubscribe themselves from our mailing list at any time using the link provided at the end of all emails.

Upon account deletion all saved applications will be deleted automatically. Applications that have previously been submitted will be removed from the server but will remain on file in the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner. These records will be handled in accordance with internal OPCC data protection and retention policies. Any promotional submissions associated with the user account will also be removed. If you would like these to be retained it is essential that you contact the OPCC prior to deleting your account. Once deleted it is not possible for OPCC staff to recover.
